Alexander looked at the young woman as he was trying to help, but he honestly couldn't read the writing either as he was thinking a moment.  Then looking back at her.

||Alexander Hayes||- Maybe if you start with saying who your father is.  

He said as it may be she was looking for his father.  He smiled warmly at the girl as he did invite her in out of the rain so she could talk a bit easier.   He walked away a moment as he returned handing her a towel so she was able to dry off a bit as she was still trying to gather herself and pull herself together.

||Alexander Hays||- There, that is better.

He said as she looked a bit better ,dried and less all over the place.  He then waited to see what she would say now hopefully feeling a bit better with being out of the rain.

Alexander looked at the photo as it wasn't anyone he knew.  Though it could be someone his father knew as his father had lived in the area a lot longer than he had.  Alexander had only came recently to care for his father in his poor health.

||Alexander Hayes||- He isn't anyone I know, I'm sorry. I just arrived a bit ago though.  Maybe my father will know who he is. 

He said thinking about it.

||Alexander Hayes||- He is in the den right now reading.  If you would like to go talk with him?

Alexander offered, not really sure there was much else he could do.  When she nodded her head he led her further inside as they went to where his father was sitting reading a book.  Alex smiled.

||Alexander Hayes||- Hey, dad, this girl is wondering if you know this man in the photo.

He said handing it over for his father to look at, as after a moment he did nod his head.  As he then looked at the girl and started to speak..

Alex looked at his father who was still looking at the picture a bit.  As it was an older picture, but the man still hadn't changed all that much, just gotten older.  Both Alex and Gabby were looking and waiting to see what he had to say.

||Alexander Hayes Sr.||- That's Jeffery Carter... I know that smug face any wheres.

He smiled a bit as he looked at the picture of his old friend.

||Alexander Hayes Sr.||- He lives right down the road, in the the red brick house on the corner.

He said as he was still a local man and lived in the area.  They meant every now and then for coffee and to talk about past memories.  He looked at the picture a moment longer before handing it back to his son, who in favor handed it back to Gabby as she was taken in the information...

Alex was glad that his father had been able to help. Seeing what it was for, happy that she had been able to find her father.  As it seems that it is someone she didn't really get the chance to know growing up. He walked her back out of the den after a few moments as he was walking with her towards the door.

||Alexander Hayes||- I'm glad that my father was able to help you find yours. 

He said smiling warmly as he was thinking about it.  Thinking she was probably wanting to get over there as soon as possible he was showing her back to the door.  He stood with her at the door for a moment.

||Alexander Hayes||- Good luck with the meeting, I hope it all goes well.  I'm sure Jeffery will tell my dad all about it when they meet for coffee.

He said smiling warmly as he was thinking about it...

Alex looked at her as he was thinking about it, nodding his head as what she was saying did make sense.  Though he wasn't in the same spot that she was, he could imagine what she was going through.  Feeling that the way she was feeling made sense.

||Alexander Hayes||- it does make sense.  Though you'll never know until you go over there and see for yourself.

He pointed out as he was thinking about it.  Knowing the only way she would ever feel better about all this was to actually meet him for herself....

Alex smiled warmly as he looked at Gabby hearing what she said as she introduced herself.  He held out his hand in greeting.

||Alexander Hayes||-Nice to meet you, Gaberiella, I'm Alexander Hayes.

He said smiling warmly as they shook hands for a moment before he put his back down to his side looking at her....

He nodded as he looked at her as he was thinking about it.  Feeling as if seeing her again sometime soon was probably very likely.  Mainly as their fathers were pretty good friends.  He also knew that Jeffery was a pretty decent guy from how his father had always talked about him.  Though he had actually never meant the man himself. 

||Alexander Hayes||- I'm sure I'll be seeing you around.  You have a nice visit with your father.

He said smiling warmly as he was thinking about it.

Alexander had been out for a jog as he was just on his way back.  He had seen Gabby out herself as she had seen him.  There was a small wave, a smile and a hello.  He looked at her smiling softly as he spoke himself stopping to chat with her.

||Alexander Hayes||- Hey there.  Told you , we see each other again.

He said laughing a bit as he looked at her thinking about it.

||Alexander Hayes||- How are things?  How did things go?

He asked curious, waiting to see what she would say.

He raised a brow a bit as he was thinking about it.  Feeling like that was an odd reaction to have.  Maybe the woman had been looking for a reason to leave for awhile.  Gabby coming in like she did just seemed to be the perfect way to be able for that to happen to her.

||Alexander Hayes||- Well that's different.

He said as he was thinking about it.

||Alexander Hayes||- Well I'm glad the rest of it went good, and your father was glad to see you again, as I'm sure you were glad to see him.

He said smiling warmly as he was thinking about it.

He looked at her hearing that she was going to be staying in the area.  He didn't blame her as it did sound like a good idea.  Did make it easier for her to know her father if he was right here in the area.

||Alexander Hayes||- Nice, that makes sense, if it's something that you are able to do.

He said thinking about it, as if it worked for her and was something that was possible for her to do.  It made perfect sense.  He smiled warmly as he was looking at her thinking about..

Alexander was listening her talk about how this would work better for her.  Nothing tying her back to where she grew up.  She seemed to like the idea of a fresh start as he nodded his head listening to her a bit as he was thinking about it some.  

||Alexander Hayes||- Nice, well then all things seem to be going in the right direction for you then.

He said smiling a bit as he was thinking about it.

||Alexander Hayes||- Glad to hear that things are going so well.

He said as he was pleased to see that her worries had been for nothing and that things were working out well.

He shook his head laughing a bit as he didn't mind talking about himself a bit.  Not that he seemed like an interesting person or anything.

||Alexander Hayes||- Ha, nothing like that.  Not much about me.  I teach over at the local college.  I'm a sports professor.  

He said as he taught fitness, sports, and general history of sports.  

||Alexander Hayes||- I moved in earlier this year to take care of my old man.  So kind of still working on getting settled in myself.

He said honestly as he hadn't been here all that long himself.

He looked at her as she was talking about being a business major as he was thinking about it.  That was something he didn't really ever get into.  He didn't like overly having to sit still all the time.  He got to move and mix it up as much as he wanted.   

||Alexander Hayes||- Ah, business major... What what are you doing with that degree?

He asked curious to know what she was going to be doing with herself now that she was finished with school.

Alex stood there as he was listening to her talk about her business and how it worked.  He nodded a bit as he was understanding what she was saying as it did sound pretty interesting.

||Alexander Hayes||- Well that sounds pretty cool.  So what are you set up web base?  Seeing as you could so easily move out of the area to this one?

He asked not sure how she had been working her business as it didn't really seem like it had been a local set up.
