Nattie went a bit pale as she was thinking about it... She had come away from a place of death and blood and abuse, and this really shook her up.. Nattie: Does the king know? She wondered if her brother in law knew about him, what he was.

He nodded. Demetri: He knows. We have an agreement. As long as I don't harm any of the villagers, I can live in peace. That is why I hunt in the woods outside of the village.

Nattie looked at him not sure what to think as she just backed up a bit, this was all just too much on her, she shook her head as she started to back away even more but he was too quick as he was holding her, as she cried out a bit. {Nattie} No let me go. She said as he picked her up....

She gasped as she held onto him... She didn't know he could move so fast, she didn't mind it though as she held tightly onto him and just buried her face in his chest, enjoying being so close to him.

It only took a few minutes to get her back to the village.  He slowed down and put her on her feet before going through the gate. Demetri: Have to at least attempt to look normal.

As they were walking heading back to the palace, someone was watching, with out word an arror came, and struck Nattie right in the midsection as she gasped the collasped... Before anyone was even there, the one who shot at her was gone, and far away..

She curled up in his arms as she held her stomach a bit, feeling very sore right now, she wasn't really hearing him as she was just fighting to not pass out.. {Nattie] It hurts... She said with tears in her eyes.

She groaned out as she was trying to wake up, a bit of a fever sitting in after a few hours as she was moving a bit.. Nattie: So hot.. She groaned out trying to get up and move.

She moaned out a bit nodding as it did feel better, not a lot but it did help as she was just trying to cool down. {Nattie] A little, thank you. She said as she laid there with her eyes closed.

He could see that the ice wasn't helping very much so he stripped naked and laid with her.  He pulled the blanket back over her so she wouldn't get too cold though.

She gasped a bit feeling him naked against her, but the coldness of his body made her lean into him more, as she was enjoying the coolness.
