Aaron heard people talking and rolled his eyes. 

"Chill out people. She's just a person like the rest of us."

He looked over at her and gave a little smile.

"Hi. I'm Aaron."

She smiled a bit as she looked over at him as he was greeting her.

||Danny Dillinger||- Nice to meet you, I'm Danny.

she greeted in return.

"Just ignore all of them." 

He pointed to the rest of the group still watching her.

"Their parents never taught them social manners."

She laughed a bit when he said that as she wasn't bothered by it.  In truth she was rather use to it, but she didn't need to say that yet... She would be unknown as long as she was able. 

||Danny Dillinger||- I'm sure they'll get bored soon enough.

She said after a moment.  As after a bit, the class got started... The professor didn't bother to introduce her, which was great... At the end he just dropped a few books on her desk and some work for her to use to get her caught up... She smiled and thanked him after he explained what was needed to be done..

Aaron slipped his phone number onto the pile and looked at her.

"Just in case you need some help with anything. Some of the material is pretty tough."

She looked at him when he said that , smiling warmly at his offer to help if she needed it.  She tucked the number away so she wouldn't lose it, just in case she did need help later.

||Danny Dillinger||- Thank you.

He reached his hands out.

"Load me up. I'll help you carry some of this stuff."

She saw his hand out to offer to help her with her books.  She smiled warmly as she handed him a couple books as they went walking out of classroom.  They didn't make it far until someone walked up to her... The guy was looking at her.

{Student}- I knew it was you.

He looked excited.

||Danny Dillinger||- Excuse me?

She said pretending she didn't know what he was talking about.

||Danny Dillinger||- You don't know me.

She said as she started to walk away, but he stopped her looking at her.

{Student}- You are the daughter of the crazy couple who go around thinking they can talk to ghosts.  

She rolled her eyes.

||Danny Dillinger||- So what... 

She said as she walked passed him and kept on walking as Aaron was still walking with her.

When the guy still didn't back off, Aaron turned to look at him.

"And you are the son of a serial killer who killed my mother. Now back the fuck off and don't ever approach her with your bullshit again."

Well that explained the woman that was following Aaron that she just pretended she couldn't see.  She was a bit surprised at how he just said it, as the kid soon took off after a moment.   Leaving them alone as they were once again walking.

||Danny Dillinger||- I'm sorry about your mother.

He shrugged. 

"I was just a kid when it happened. I don't normally talk about it. That guy is a pain in the ass though."

She looked at him when he said that as she heard his mother speak.  Saying that they never found her, and she was hoping he would find her so she could rest...

||Danny Dillinger||- They never found her...

She said out loud as he looked at her surprised she knew.  She felt bad hearing that from his mother, knowing it had to be torture on her to not be able to move on.

He nodded.

"My father and I have been working to find her. Dad isn't in the best health and I want to make sure he can be buried beside Mom."

She felt bad hearing about his father as well... As she heard his mother still calling out and crying about needing to be found... To the point his mother pushed at her a bit... As she then took a breath not able to fight it any more.

||Danny Dillinger||- I'll help you find her.

She said sure she would be able to, as it got his mom off her back for a moment so she could decide the best way of getting started with this..

RHe looked at her a moment thinking about it.

"I would appreciate any help you could give us. Thank you."

She looked at him thinking about it. 

Danny Dillinger: We can meet at the end of the school day?  Show me what you have , and I'll need a map probably as well. 

She said as she needed to get caught up on the case as she didn't know anything about it.  She knew his mother would only be able to tell so much , but with all the information she should be able to put it all together.

He nodded. 

"I'll have to stop at the nursing home to see my dad on my way to the house. He can probably tell you more than I could though."

She was thinking about it all a moment as she nodded her head as she knew talking to him may be important as well. 

||Danny Dillinger||- Alright.  I think I remember passing the nursing home on my way into town.

she said as she didn't mind driving there with him.  They walked a bit more as they had different classes this time.  He went to his and she went to hers... She was finished with this one for the day, while he still had another. so she went to the library.  Getting online as she started to investigate the case to find out what happened all those years ago.  She looked over to her right and saw "mom" sitting next to her.

||Danny Dillinger||- I said I'll help, you don't have to follow me around.

She said but the ghost she smiled at her... Danny shook her head a bit but went reading old papers, and then seeing what had happened...

||Danny Dillinger||- All those victims... 

She continued to read as she was feeling bad that he had been able to kill so many... The killer was in prison, doing life....

||Danny Dillinger||- I guess I should make a visit there too.

She said knowing that he was the link to it all... He would give her the answers... Even if he didn't want to... After a bit she heard someone walk up behind her... She turned and saw Aaron there.

||Danny Dillinger|| Oh, Hey.

She said as she had taken a lot of notes and made some copies of stuff.  She started to pick up her things, thinking that he was ready to go now.

He had seen what she had been doing and looked at her.

"He's scheduled to be executed next week."

She shook her head as she pointed out the newest article she had been reading on the case and on him.  Showing that the Death Penality had been changed to life.  He would never get out, but his life had been spared. 

||Danny Dillinger||- I guess he bribed the right judge or something.

She said giving him a moment to read it. 

||Danny Dillinger||- I'll deal with that later.  Let us go see your father.

She said as she saw him nod as she followed him out. putting her things in her car.

||Danny Dillinger||- I'll meet you there. 

She said seeing him nod.  Once there she parked and walked up to him.  Not sure how his father would take her being there, so she was going to let him start things off.  They went in as they took a seat and he started to explain things to his father..

Aaron knew his father had not been impressed with the last medium who tried to help them.

"I feel different about her, Dad. I think she truly can help us."

She sat there giving them a moment, as she heard them talk back and forth... He then looked at her as he wanted some proof.  Danny then looked next to her as she waited for his wife to talk so she would know what to say.

||Danny Dillinger||- The day she died... You two had gotten in an discussion about moving.  She wanted to move, but you wanted to stay here, because of work. 

She said as you could see the shock the guild in his eyes.

||Danny Dillinger||- You were to talk about it again after work... You promised to pick up her favorite dessert while she was going to make your favorite meal.   Her favorite dessert is.

She looked up a bit waiting for the answer.

||Danny Dillinger||- Are eclairs with raspberry sauce on top.  Only one place in the area made them, and it was right by your work.

She said as he looked shocked as it was something that he never talked about, and well Danny had only been in town for a couple days.

He could see the tears in his father's eyes and covered his hand with his.

"She can help, Dad."

She waited until he felt like he was ready, as he was wanting her help.  She pulled out a small recorder so she could record the conversation.  She then started to talk to him asking him some questions about the day, and how the police where, and just getting a big run down.  She needed to get all the details so things could be connected... What he couldn't answer, what the police report and what the killer couldn't fit in, she knew his wife would do the rest... It took a couple of hours but he talked about everything from that day, and even before and after... He wanted to make sure she knew as much as he did.  

||Danny Dillinger||- Thank you.

She reached out as she touched his hand a bit, as she saw him hold her hand a bit...

{Mr. Burr}- She is with you now... She's here.

Danny nodded as she looked at him.  

||Danny Dillinger||- Yes she is... She doesn't blame you for anything, she loves you very much... She has been watching you this entire time... And knows the amazing job you did raising Aaron.. She is vey proud of you both.

She said , relaying the message that she wanted to share.  After a little bit, Danny got up as she went back out to her car, giving father and son a bit of alone time together.  Knowing that this was all a lot to take in... Danny was adding some more notes to what she had already started earlier, and was planning on the next course of action..

He helped his dad get settled for dinner then went to the car. He saw her still sitting there.

"Thank you."

She nodded as she looked at him thinking about everything.  She knew this was tough... Usually by now people run away from her, but she also knew that he needed her help.. She was glad to help as much as she could.  She knew this was hard for him as well.

||Danny Dillinger||-  You're welcome.  I'm sorry that things are like this, I know it can't be easy for you.

She said as she was thinking about it.  She started to put her things in the car..

He shrugged.

"It's been harder on Dad than on me. I was young when she died. I barely remember her. Dad has all the memories of her. "

She could understand what he was saying as she was thinking about it... Feeling bad for his father.  She thought about it a bit.

||Danny Dillinger||- I'm going to do a bit more research through police records.  I already called and set up a time to go to the prison. 

She said as she didn't expect him to go for that, knowing how hard it would be to look and talk to the man who killed his mother... She needed to go though, it would help for sure..

He nodded.

"Thank you. I appreciate you helping."

She smiled a bit as she nodded... She didn't mind helping.  She pulled out her cell phone.  She had added his number.  She then sent him a text so he would have hers.

She said... She then said her goodbyes getting in her car as she drove off.  She made a call to her father on the way home, knowing he would be able to get her the files she needed from the police station, so she could go in and check them... OF course he was thrilled and pleased that she was continuing the family business... After a few she got a call saying she could go to the police station.  

After a few hours of re reading the files from the murder case, and even getting some information about the trial she had a good idea what she had to do tomorrow. 

||Danny Dillinger||- Thank you.

She said to the police officer on her way out, as she went to her car and started to drive home..

He walked into his house and sighed as he looked around. He missed his dad being at the house but knew he would be home in a couple weeks.

He called his dad to let him know that he was home and to tell him good night.

Danny had everything laid out on the kitchen table as she was looking thru it all.  As she was putting as much together as she could... She then was putting the pieces that Aaron's mother had told her about what happened... She was looking over the other cases with the other women as well.  Going through everything as she did start to map it out... she had a road map pinned up as she started to mark spots. 

When morning came she headed over to the prison, as she talked to Daniel Jones... He was pretty rude at first, but once Danny pointed out that she knew he was still being haunted by his victims, and a few other bits that she already knew.  He started to come around a bit... It was over an hour before she left and she had everything she needed.  

Her first step was to go to the police station and go over what she had found out, as Daniel had given up a few locations as well.  Once they felt she was credible they brought the FBI in.  Danny's next step was to call Aaron and let him know the police and FBI were about to go to a few locations, so he would be aware of what was going on.

Aaron was surprised that it was so fast. He wasn't going to let his dad know though. He didn't want his hopes up any more than they already were incase the guy had given bad information yet again. They had been down that road too many times already.

"Thank you, Danny. I reallyl appreciate y ou doing this."

She heard what he said as she was thinking about it, getting ready to meet with the FBI and the police at the sites.

||Danny Dillinger||- You're welcome.

She said as she let him go so he could do what was needed and so she could focus as well.  She got out of her car as she felt a bit over whelmed, as she knew this was the right place.  She walked around the site as most of the graves were very shallow... She walked past one remain, and pointed it out, so they could mark it... She then stopped center at another...

||Danny Dillinger||- We found you.

She said as stood where his mother's body had been hidden... Danny watched her walk over to where her remains were, as she then turned looking at Danny, smiling before she faded away... Finally able to be at peace... 

It took a few hours, and the police wanted to make certain, as they were identifying the bodies... They were able to make a positive id , as she had her purse on her, and even a ring and necklace that was in the report... So the police made the call to Aaron and his father to let them know that she has been found...  

Danny was still on the scene as she had helped uncover 16 bodies that have been missing for well over a decade... She was now just leaning on the hood of her car, feeling warn out, but happy with the outcome. 

Aaron called the funeral home to let them know what was going on. His mother's funeral had been planned for a very long time. The ony thing they had been waiting for was her body.

He then called Danny.

"You doing okay?"

She heard his voice, and smiled a bit, happy to hear that he sounded alright.  She was very tired and warn out, but she was doing okay.

||Danny Dillinger||- Yes, I'm doing okay.  

She paused a moment.

||Danny Dillinger||- I take it they called you?

She asked then heard him say yes, and say that he was happy to be able to put his mother to rest...

||Danny Dillinger||- I'm happy about that as well.

She said as she was glad that his  mother would be able to move on finally after all this time.

He could hear how tired she sounded.

"You get some rest. We will talk later."

She heard what he said as she wasn't sure if she would see him in classes tomorrow or not.  Knowing that he had a lot going on.

||Danny Dillinger||- Alright, you try to get some rest too.

She said as they said their goodbyes, and then she hung up the phone.  She spoke with the police for a bit more, before she then went heading home.  She kicked her shoes off almost as soon as she got inside... She just let herself fall back on the couch and that is where she stayed, just feeling mentally exhausted.

Once he got everything settled with his father, he headed back home. He looked at the stack of books on the table knowing he had a lot of work that needed to be finished for school, but he wasn't mentally able to handle it at the moment.

He turned on his laptop and while waiting for it to start, he grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge. He then sat and emailed his professors letting them know what was going on and that he would be absent for a few days. 

She wasn't surprised that he was absent when she walked into class.  She expected that with all that was going on he would need some time to get himself straight.  She took notes just in case he would want them as she didn't mind helping out a bit... She pretty much kept to herself...It had been over the news and around the campus about what she had done... So people were talking pretty hot and heavy about her, but she pretty much just kept to herself, and went on about her business...

She was glad when she was done as she went heading to her car so she could get away for a bit.

He was waiting by her car when she came out. He smiled when he saw her.

"They leave you alone today? Need me to set anybody straight for you?"

Danny looked at Aaron a bit surprised to see him but smiled as she looked at him, and hearing what he asked as she shook her head a bit.

||Danny Dillinger||- It wasn't too bad.

She said as it wasn't anything she wasn't use to.  She was happy to see him though.

||Danny Dillinger||- How are you doing?

He looked like he was doing alright, but she was still wanting to make sure.

He shrugged.

"We're okay. I just left the nursing home and thought I would stop here to see you first. Dad is coming home tomorrow. He'll finish his therapy as an outpatient."

She smiled warmly as she looked at him as she was thinking about it... Glad to hear his father was going to be able to come home tomorrow.

||Danny Dillinger||- That is great.  

She smiled thinking about it.

He nodded. 

"He was supposed to come home next week, but they are letting him come early. He had surgery a few weeks ago and supposed to be in there four weeks."

She stood there as she listened to him talk as she was thinking about it.  Hoping it wasn't too soon for him to come home then.

||Danny Dillinger||- Well hopefully that means he is healing really well.

He nodded and smiled.

"He's doing better than expected. He'll have a nurse at home for a few weeks also. I set that up this morning for him."

She was glad that he was doing so well, and that his father was as well.  He seemed to have everything in order and ready for him to come home.  She smiled as she was listening to him talk as she was thinking about it all.

||Danny Dillinger||- Smart thinking.  I'm happy for you both.

She said after a moment.

He nodded as he looked at her.

"You busy tonight?"

She shook her head as she was thinking about her plans for tonight.  

||Danny Dillinger||- No, I'm not busy..

He smiled softlly at her.

"Want to come to my place and study together? I'll fix dinner."

She looked at him as she was thinking about it as she nodded her head after a moment.  Thinking that sounded like a fun idea.

||Danny Dillinger||- I would like that...
